Luke's Biography :
My main focus is working with residential home sellers/buyers to sell/purchase their homes in the most efficient and profitable way. Once a contract is written I focus on obtaining the best price with the best terms in the least amount of time possible. When I was a young man, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in business, because I enjoyed working with numbers and people. Once I began in real estate, I knew I had found the place in which to do what I had always wanted to do. Being able to serve others at the highest level is an incredible opportunity. Sales have always fascinated me; they are going on around us all day everyday. Through sales, there is no limit to the number of people I can serve. Growing up, I was always involved in athletics; I played football, basketball, and competed in track and field. Now, you can find me at Orangetherory Fitness collecting splat points, EC Fitness learning the art of Jiu Jitsu, and walking the Greenway with my wife. Being a part of the Dan Jenkins Team gives us the resources that a single agent can not provide. We have a transaction coordinator, multiple buyer agents, listing agent, and a listing assistant. Having a team handle all of the moving pieces of a transaction at once allows me to be accessibility throughout the entire process. This means that you will have the comfort in knowing that when you have a question or concern it will be answered. I have completed hundreds of residential broker price opinions over the last few years, so you can rest easy knowing that I have a clear understanding of how to price your home in a changing market. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors. Studied for my North Carolina Real Estate License at J.Y. Monk in Grenville.
